  • Photos of the item received
  • A brief description of the issue

When will I receive my refund?

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?

Tracking updates may take several days to appear after shipment.

In some cases, packages are in transit between logistics facilities and tracking information may temporarily pause before updating again.

If there has been no tracking update for more than 10 business days, please contact our support team.

What if an item is missing from my order?

If you believe an item is missing, please contact us immediately with:

  • The missing item's name

We will investigate the issue and assist you as quickly as possible.

My package shows delivered, but I haven't received it.

Please first:

  1. Check around your property.
  2. Ask family members or neighbors.
  3. Contact your local carrier.

If you still cannot locate the package, please contact us within 10 days of the delivery date and we will help investigate the situation.
