Refund Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer will be responsible for the return shipping cost. The specific fee will depend on the shipping carrier selected.

If the return is due to our error, such as receiving a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the consumer will not be required to bear any return shipping costs.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Personal care items (such as beauty products)
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the desired product.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return. If your refund is approved, it will be automatically issued to your original payment method.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process and post the refund.
